Parkside Terrace
The renovation of Parkside Terrace Apartments, an affordable housing project located at the divergence of two creeks in San Jose, seeks to provide spaces that strengthen a sense of community and enrich the ecological value of the site. The landscape design features abundant greenspace and shared amenities such as playground and exercise equipment, dog parks, picnic and grill areas, as well as a community garden for residents.
